At Odeon, we don’t separate training from healing — we integrate them.

Our proven approach is rooted in energetic alignment and body awareness, we help you restore balance across strength, fascia and flow. Creating lasting change from the inside out.

We call it Embodied Training — a system that develops physical strength, emotional regulation, mental clarity, and spiritual alignment all at once.

Classes

Life moves with the seasons, and so do we. Odeon's schedule offers flexible class times so you can honour your energy and find consistency in your own flow. Our classes run throughout the week at different times giving you the freedom to train, when your body feels ready - not when the clock says so.

1. Foundations: A Guided Class blending breath, body awareness, and functional movement to help you reconnect with your body and build strength from inside out. 


2. Olympic Lifting :A guided class that teaches you how to embody flow – deconstructing your movement to unlock strength, power and the freedom hidden within your body’s potential. 


3. The Build: Progressive strength and skill class designed to develop power, precision and confidence – teaching you how to build strength from solid foundations and move with purpose. 


4. Rest & Receive:Focussed on stillness, fascia release, guided meditation, and lymph massage. Each class is designed to help you let go of tension, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm. Guided through fascia stretch and breathe awareness before moving into a meditative state supported by sound, scent and stillness.  

5. OpenGym/Sauna Cycles:  Step out of guided into self directed.  Move, stretch, lift, or flow. Allow your intuition to lead.

What if I'm not sure I can commit long-term? Can I still benefit from the training?

Absolutely you'll experience firsthand the unique blend or education, collaboration, and holistic wellness that defines our apporach. Drop in, stay for a month or longer, you'll receive comprehensive training that you can take with you and continue to apply wherever you go. Our goal is to equip you with the skills and confidence to maintain your progress beyond your time with us.

What's the memberships do you offer?

Our memberships are designed for flexibility and value. We offer drop in rates, starter pack,class pass & month to month options. Please contact for rates.

How can I learn more about the program?

Can I try a class before joining?

Yes, we have our Drop in class experience that includes sauna and cold ( fee waived if class pass or monthly membership purchased) . We also have a Starter 3 class pass +3 sauna/cold available.
